How it Works

• Complete this easy registration form and hit the Send Referral button.
• Your customer must be registered prior to contacting builder.
• Start of construction (defined as foundation poured) must be within 12 months from registration to be reward eligible.
• Repeat customers required to be re-registered if outside the 12-month timeline.
• Payment for a ratified Construction Purchase Agreement to be paid after start of framing.
• Referring Realtor must hold an active real estate license in the state where the home is being built.
• Only one referrer will be paid per transaction.
• If there is a dispute between two separate referral sources, builder will make the decision on who was the procuring referral source.
• Payment will be paid directly to Realtors Brokerage.
