How it Works

• Complete this easy registration form and hit the Send Referral button.
• Your referral must be registered prior to contacting builder.
• Start of construction (defined as foundation poured) must be within 12 months from registration to be reward eligible.
• One referral reward awarded per referred party.
• Referral Reward for a ratified Construction Purchase Agreement to be paid after start of framing.
• Only one referrer will be paid per transaction. If there is a dispute between two separate referral sources, builder will make the decision on who was the procuring referral source.
