Tailored by Woodhill Homes wants to congratulate you on the purchase of your brand-new home. Included with the purchase is a One-Year Limited Warranty*. This excludes touch-up paint, caulking, and appliances, as these are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. It is not uncommon to discover minor items that require adjustment as you settle into your new home. Our warranty service can be performed after you have lived in your home for more than one year. Over the following months, be sure to take notes about needed changes, and submit them after you have lived in the home for eleven months. You can use the link below to submit your warranty requests. We will then reach out to you to discuss the warranty items, go over the next steps, and schedule your One-Year Warranty Service.
